I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I recently had a tonsillectomy and strongly urge others to consider a different doctor. Due to frequent bouts of strep, this surgery was necessary for me. My primary care physician referred me to this office, and everything went smoothly until after the surgery. I experienced serious complications, including pneumonia caused by aspiration during the procedure. When I brought this up to Dr. Reichman, everything changed. This place never stops sending invoices. Was told my surgery all in was $6k but that wasn't the case. Paid this upfront with the understanding the $6k was all encompassing. I've received multiple invoices since my surgery for an additional $1k. When asked what its for the told me it's the "doctors fee" and the $6k I paid upfront was just for the surgery center. And they wonder why people hate doctors
A LIVING NIGHTMARE!! Made my breathing so much worse! Dangerous, and painful! Dr Reichman does not take responsibility for his mistakes. I am a young, healthy patient needing a septoplasty. 6 months after surgery and my breathing is still so much worse than before the surgery. Dr. Reichman made it much worse. Hard to breath, pain, nerve damage, low oxygen levels, unable to compete as an athlete due to breathing difficulties caused by the botch surgery. The office took no responsibility. Fabiola Castro-Lauman is an excellent audiologist!!! She has a very gentle manner and is confident in her field. I love this lady! I’m very happy with her services.
