Dr. Norris was on time and treated my elderly father with patience and compassion. He explained everything so we could understand. The staff was kind and attentive.
Dr. Norris is very thorough. He explains things so that I can understand exactly what’s happening and why. He also explains in detail the plan for how to resolve issues and what outcome to expect. He treats my 11 yr old son and me as a patient.
My husband goes to this location for allergy treatment. We drive an hour every week for his appointments and the staff is amazing. The facility is clean, the staff is fast and super sweet. I have no complaints! They are also super knowledgeable when working with the VA. This location is also one of 2 for the ENT.
