Making the appointment was difficult. Then, when I got to the office, I found that a person in the appointment department had cancelled my appointmentð . However, the onsite staff quickly assured me they would see me anyway. So I had to wait longer than usual for Dr. Burson to see me. However, once I saw him, everything improved! Really liked Dr. B. and his thorough but caring approach to my needs.

The staff was wonderful and were able to get me an appointment right away. The doctor was great and educated me on what was happening with my hearing.
Very friendly staff. Efficient and painless e-check in. Dr. Joseph sits down and takes the time to actually talk with you! Very thorough and friendly. She tells you what's going on, why, and the plan to fix it. The PTC and Newnan locations are easy to get to, modern, and comfortable - no "old antiseptic medical building" feel. Highly Recommended!

Dr. Burson is awesome! He is very professional, has a great kind manner and he was able to diagnose and treat my condition taking the best care of me. He really listens. I highly recommend him and his delightful and helpful staff. Terry and Terry are great!
