Saw Mr. Helmly (PA-C) to start. He confirmed my suspected deviated septum and made me feel like I wasn't crazy for feeling so bad for so long. I could breathe and suffered from chronic sinus infections. Had CT Scan, saw Dr. flexon and he determined I needed surgery to correct my problems. Had surgery 6/7/16 and couldn't feel better. Dr. Flexon has been so thorough. Great bedside manner. Answered all my questions and has been there even when I had to call after hours for some issues I was having. The ENT Institute has the best doctors in town! They treat you like family!
BEWARE of Dr. Carothers!!! After a 5 minute examination with promises of charging $350, I found out through my insurance provider that ENT Institute had ordered a toxicology screening, a "confirmation" and a genetics test.... all for some sinus pain. I called the billing department to find out what these charges were for and all they could tell me was to submit an authorization so that I could pay MORE to retrieve my medical documents (66 cents a page plus an admin fee of $25).
