Very Pleasant experience. Little to no wait time was excellent
Dr. Jones is very thorough and truly listens to his patients. Great "bedside" manners. His staff is also very nice and professional.

I loved how they always let me sit in a cool chair. They higher and higher us in the cool chair and then check your eyes
$65,000 for a 45 minute outpatient nose procedure. This outfit's billing practices are awful. We asked them upfront before the procedure what the cost would be. We needed to know the total cost in case our medical insurance turned down the procedure and we would have to pay the whole bill ourselves. The ENT institute told us $4,000-$5,000. Making the appointment was difficult. Then, when I got to the office, I found that a person in the appointment department had cancelled my appointmentð . However, the onsite staff quickly assured me they would see me anyway. So I had to wait longer than usual for Dr. Burson to see me. However, once I saw him, everything improved! Really liked Dr. B. and his thorough but caring approach to my needs.
Dr French and the nurses were very nice and took good care of me during my surgery.
Katherine Honeycutt is great to work with!
Dr. Edward's and staff were wonderful to me. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Everyone was helpful and get me informed all along the way. They all took their time and made me feel secure about the procedure.
