The reception lady is so friendly and high efficient, make me feel very comfortable. All other staff are very nice too. The doctor is very professional.

Receptionist and Jessica are great.doctor was late arriving so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. No fault of Jessica or the others overall happy with ENT
