This review is specifically for Dr. Ajay Narayanan, who was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, polite, professional, and addressed my elderly dad’s issue efficiently and with care. Although the appointment was brief, it was thorough, and the reason for our visit was properly treated. We truly appreciated his calm and respectful manner. Dr. Feinstein & his team are truly amazing. Ever since becoming a patient here I have been taken care of so well. I am prone to crazy ear infections that have put me in the hospital & any time I’ve needed an emergency appt they’ve gotten me in no problem. His assistant Jerick is really nice & has taken care of me on an occasion or 2. The front staff is all super friendly, responsive, and professional. Very professional & time efficient. Dr Martin was very helpful and friendly, as were the office staff. Highly recommend them for any ear or hearing issues.
