Love Dr Strocker! She’s done ear tubes, tonsillectomies ams adenoidectomies for our kids. There USED be long wait times but it was because she makes sure that kids need to be seen urgently get in that day, and we can’t complain bc sometimes it’s our kid on the verge of exploding ear drum! Lately we get seen right on time or even get seen early! Love love love this office!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at ENT Group of Los Angeles, particularly with Dr. Ajay Narayanan and the way my daughter’s visit was handled. I brought my daughter in to have her tonsils evaluated. She was nervous and uncomfortable with the tongue blade Dr. Narayanan wanted to use. Instead of taking a few minutes to reassure her, calm her down, and make her feel safe, he became impatient and ultimately decided to move on to another patient- mind you that this only took 2-3 minutes before he moved on to anothe... read more
