Dr Bauer is really good. He made sure my daughter wouldn’t have a scar on her head after surgery which was AMAZING!!! The nurses and staff at the hospital were amazed at the type of incision she had. He’s really good at what he does and very thorough!!! At the follow up appt he played with my daughter making her relax and laugh. I definitely would r commend him to everyone.
First off the support staff is very good. But there is nothing like going to a new doctor for our son and have him be completely rude and dismissive to you when you have questions. But when the men in the room have questions (even if its the same questions) answers them like an adult.
Dr Patel was very kind and he took his time and explained things in detail. Jessica the audiologist is a perfectionist and seems to really care about her patients!
