I love Dr.Patel but his front office staff suck. Being transferred from billing to scheduling sucks. I have had this happen twice now where both of my kids are scheduled and they only have one scheduled. I was literally baited into the office to make a payment on a bill from 2019 that Jessica said to check in and come to find out Aetna isn’t someone they accept... my daughter has been here a handful of times and this is the only bill I have. RecommendedDr. Patel is awesome. He takes time and explains everything to you and answers all your questions. It can take a while for your appointment but that’s only because he is giving each kiddo the same attention. Highly Recommend.
My daughter saw Dr Bauer in 2011 and her did tubes for her ears. Today my daughter needed seen for an acute issues with her throat. I called and maser an appointment. The clerk informed me of a past balance of $224. I told her I could pay in in three days when I get paid. We showed up for the appt and completes our paperwork and Dr Bauer refused to see her until we pay the $224! We had to leave because I didn’t have it today. Dr. Bauer is fantastic w/ babies. My son had more than 10 ear infections before he was 15 months old. Dr. Bauer put tubes in his ears and was life changing for my son. We highly recommend ENT for Children.
I would love to attempt to recommend them BUT I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone in their office. I spoke to 1 person, I told her I needed to make an appointment and transferred me. I got a voicemail and left a msg.... every time I try to call I get a voicemail? Does ANYONE LISTEN TO VOICEMAILS? Does anyone actually call the people back who have left voicemails?! I’m hoping this isn’t the only office our insurance takes. I’ll be contacting my sons pediatrician to see if there’s another ENT we can go to. Ridiculous.
Have been trying to call the office for a week now. Was promised a call back last Friday and here we are one week later. I’ve called daily and have not been able to talk to an actual human. We’ve had an appointment scheduled since January, but I just found out I’m out of luck because “we were scheduled wrong” and can no longer be accommodated. We love DR. Bauer!!! My son maybe moody going into his appointment but by the end of it, he’s smiling & laughing because doctor Bauer knows just what to do! 🙂
I want to give big thanks to dr. Patel for closing my stoma 4 years ago and giving me a better chance to be a normal person for those who are living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for those who are looking for an ENT I highly recommend go to this ENT
