I was seen in September 2018 due to a possible sinus problem. The doctor told me I had a mass growing behind my nose. (already panicking) Then proceed to tell me he had to send me to another ENT in order to have surgery done. Didn't tell me anything other than that. I thought I had some for tumor growing, didn't provide reassurance, no nothing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. First time patient and dr and staff were extremely nice . Dr explained everything to me and even went as far as looking information up if he didn’t know it off hand. Would recommend !
Dr. Abrams seems to be overbooked a lot but we don't mind the wait because he is phenomenal with our son. he diagnosed his frequent ear infections, inserted tubes, and our son is so happy now
My Son had another ENT until today. Dr. Abram cared enough to see him at a moments notice ,to clear his ears and stop his suffering. My Sons regular ENT was to busy to care for him. Heritage ENT will be our place from now on! Thanks for caring.
