Dr. Buxa seemed to know his stuff and the staff seemed to be fine with getting appointments. Gotta knock some points off though because my septoplasty failed almost instantly and set me back my full deductible, and now it looks like I'm going to have to do the same next year while jumping through expensive hoops to find someone that can do a more complex revision surgery. I understand what they do is no simple task but it does not sit easy with me that I spend thousands of dollars on something that is just costing me more mo... read more
Dr. Buxa and his team did a wonderful job getting my deviated septum fixed. I am very happy with their work and appreciative of the effort they all put in. I had my surgery on March 19th 2026 and am typing this on March 25th 2026 breathing through my nose better than I ever have before. Great work!
The office, the staff the Dr amazing. I went in with advanced lip cancer and Dr Bergstrom was able to get all the cancer an leave me with a beautifully constructed lip. I have never meet a medical team so passionate and caring. From the front desk, nurses , surgical team and the Dr. I couldn't have asked to have been more supported, listened to and cared for. Haven’t even turned any paperwork in and was charged 75.00 because I had to cancel appointment due to feeling sick! Called and explained that I was sick and would need to reschedule and office lady said sure no problem, call back when you want to reschedule! I was never told I would then receive a bill for the 75.00! Will not recommend!
Please take the word “excellence” out of your corporate title. I was referred to you because of an urgent need to see someone and the receptionist said they’re 6 weeks out for an appointment and she would not schedule an appointment with me. They will call me back in a few weeks. How is this excellent service? The receptionist was rude.
