Whitney Harder is the absolute best audiologist! I’ve worn hearing aids for nine years. This is my third audiologist. She is knowledgeable, attentive and returns calls promptly. She was proactive in helping me get the hearing aids I needed at the best price possible. When these started having problems, she made sure we got them to the manufacturer for repair or replacement before the warranty ran out. 5.5 stars!

My experience with this office ended before it could even begin. Today I called to make an appointment and after explaining what I was experiencing physically whomever answered the phone proceeded to tell me I needed to go to an eye doctor or a dentist about my concerns. I firmly reiterated that my initial symptom was pressure behind my nose and I still wanted to make an appointment as I had requested. She then puts me on hold for 4-5 minutes and someone else comes to finish setting my appointment. This person was nice and I... read more

I received the standard audiological exam I received before. The staff was very nice and the environment was clean, bright and very normal.

Dr Anderson and staff have been very kind and helpful. He’s very thorough, gentle, and explained to my daughter everything he was doing prior to and while examining her nose. Excellent care.
