My experience with this office ended before it could even begin. Today I called to make an appointment and after explaining what I was experiencing physically whomever answered the phone proceeded to tell me I needed to go to an eye doctor or a dentist about my concerns. I firmly reiterated that my initial symptom was pressure behind my nose and I still wanted to make an appointment as I had requested. I received the standard audiological exam I received before. The staff was very nice and the environment was clean, bright and very normal.
Dr Anderson and staff have been very kind and helpful. He’s very thorough, gentle, and explained to my daughter everything he was doing prior to and while examining her nose. Excellent care.
We were worried about bringing our child here because of such poor reviews for Dr Anderson. We absolutely loved him though. One of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He was so kind and gentle with our kiddo who has autism. The entire team was incredible.
