I have struggled for years with chronic sinus issues (!and after 3 previous surgeries) all which were not effective. I was (thankfully) referred to Dr. Paul Kelly with the Riverhead office of Ent and Allergy in Riverhead, NY. He is AMAZING, and the staff is friendly and helpful and manage a timely schedule as well! Dr. Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable as well as confident and proficient in correcting chronic sinusitis challenged people like me. He proposed surgery to me and was confident he could help. ENT and Allergy sucks. They will send your bill to collections before even billing you, yourself. Meanwhile they take months to actually help. The office for this business is unfit for their duty.
I'm sorry, but it's impossible to make a needed ENT appt when you need one. And, the one I had was canceled!!
Dr.Kelly and his team do not care about you or your issues. They only care about pushing surgery and committing insurance fraud. They charge you for unnecessary tests that you don’t need without consent. The office manager is extremely rude and does not care about patient experience. They admitted to medical fraud on the phone stating “you sign consent procedures without your knowledge in your new patient paperwork”.
