I'm sorry, but it's impossible to make a needed ENT appt when you need one. And, the one I had was canceled!!
Dr.Kelly and his team do not care about you or your issues. They only care about pushing surgery and committing insurance fraud. They charge you for unnecessary tests that you don’t need without consent. The office manager is extremely rude and does not care about patient experience. They admitted to medical fraud on the phone stating “you sign consent procedures without your knowledge in your new patient paperwork”. Do not visit this office, Dr.Kelly and his team do not care about you or your issues. They only care about medical billing/insurance fraud, will charge you for unnecessary tests that you don’t need. Consent means nothing in this office, and even when you tell Dr.Kelly that you do not consent to a specific test, it will be done anyway. Fraudulent office, please do your research before going to ENT and seeing Dr.Kelly. Went in for an issue with my throat, left with unresolved issue while surgery was pushed on me heavily by Dr.Kelly. Was told that “they can resolve my issues after my rhinoplasty was completed. INSANE. Was FORCED to do a nasal endoscopy, did not give consent and was explicitly stated that I did not want that test and to no avail, he did the test on me.
