Saw Dr. Alleva was rushed and not cared for just like all of the other reviews. They tried charging me for an endoscopy but I never asked or received one. I fought that and they said they would send me a knew bill. It’s been a month and I received the same old bill again. Scam and the doctor and company need to be investigated.
Terrible and unprofessional experience with ENT & allergy associates - Forest Hills. I made an appointment with Dr. Mathew’s, we discussed the procedure vivaer. I went home and contacted my insurance to find out if it would be covered. I was told they would need manual authorization codes given by the doctor. I called the doctor’s office and spoke with Doris, their coordinator for procedures. We make my appointment for April 1st contingent on the authorization of my insurance going through.
