DR AXELROD is a great doctor. The office staff are very attentive.
Doctor visit itself was fine but surgery coordinator is rude and unfit for her position. Took three voicemails to get a return call just to schedule the surgery. Then she could not provide appropriate level of pre operation information. Our pediatrician contacted the coordinator to discuss industry standard pre operation clearances/forms and was rudely told it was not required. Based on this experience we felt inclined to seek services elsewhere. Doctors should seek a new coordinator to avoid deterring future patients.
Excellent care by Dr Axelrod for immunological disorder. She responds quickly and is caring and follows up on all of my questions and requests. Has helped work on a chronic problem with me with the goal of improved quality of life. Thank you Dr Axelrod!
Terrible. Extremely long wait — over 1.5 hrs to be seen. No point in making an appointment because it means nothing here. Doctor was great. The wait was just awful.
Dr. Horowitz is a great doctor and I appreciated his speed in giving me a diagnoses and helping me move towards a solution to get the surgery to fix my deviated septum. To preface, this problem has given me a serious case of sleep apnea and i have been vocal that I need this surgery ASAP. I was given a number to call the surgical coordinator, Stephanie, which I do not understand why she wouldn't call me as the patient, to book the surgery.
