I took my one-year-old to see Dr.Leblanc and had a wonderful experience. Dealing with a one year old at a doctor's office can be stressful, but the entire staff was so welcoming and patient. I Highly recommend to any parents!
Dr. LeBlanc team todays visit was very exceptional as always. From Front desk Ms. Ashley to Dr. LeBlancs Nurse to Checkout clerk Ms. Summer. So glad Dr. LeBlanc took good care of me.
Juliana Marcantel,the audiologist, is positively wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Easy to talk to and never in a hurry. I'd give her the highest rating possible. Getting phone calls returned is sometimes a problem and I've spent a good bit of time waiting to see one of the physicians a few years ago. So bad that I walked out. Haven't had to go back recently. Maybe things have changed for the better. So, my rating is based solely on Juliana. I don't feel qualified to rate the rest of the office.
Such a friendly and helpful staff! Went above and beyond to make sure my visit went well and they addressed all of my concerns!
