If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, when they called to confirm my appointment the number showed up as WCCH Sulphur Diagnostic Center, so when they called for a Missy Gwen, well, ma'am no one here with that name.. and when I showed up for my appointment they tell me that I'm not in the system. The only thing they had correct in their system was my phone number. I had to call and reschedule. I had to wait another month for that 1st appointment. Got the hearing test scheduled, 2 months wait. Rude front desk. Thankfully, I didn’t engage.
Wonderful experience all around. The beautiful ladies at the front counter are an absolute pleasure. Since my procedure I can hear so clearly. Kodak Black never sounded so better! They also saved me from the Micheal Douglas disease and helped with my allergies.
