I visited that office last we and I saw DR Michael Alleva. I felt rushed at my appointment, I wasnt given enough time to explained to him my symptoms. He was telling me about another diagnostic he said I have. I told him I was tested negative for that, when I started to explain more I can tell he was getting upset I would not go back there , and I would not recommend him

I recently had an ENT appointment with Dr. Michael Alleva, and my experience was very disappointing. He had already decided on a treatment plan before discussing my preferences or other options, and when I clearly stated that I did not want the medication offered, he told me to “live with it.” Alternative treatments were not presented, and the visit felt rushed and dismissive. Went to this location today for the 1st time today having had a bad expirence at the other location.I didnt know what to expect but walking in the receptoinist was so sweet and plessant the nurse was so nice amd Dr Mathews listened really listened took the time with both my husband and I .He cared about our concerns and took care of us with respect. And was very thourough and told us what meds we needed explained everything I highly recomend this location and Dr Mathews.

Literally impossible to make an appointment. On the phone for an hour and they couldn’t even make my profile , have never been on the phone for so long to still not get an appointment. Whoever answered kept offering appointments and then saying they’re not available. Unbelievable.

I also had a bad experience went there to remove wax in my ears, and they insisted I have a hearing test first. Even though I refused they insisted, so I had the test done and sure enough I was sent a bill. I do not recommend this place.
