Saw Dr. Alleva was rushed and not cared for just like all of the other reviews. They tried charging me for an endoscopy but I never asked or received one. I fought that and they said they would send me a knew bill. It’s been a month and I received the same old bill again. Scam and the doctor and company need to be investigated.
Terrible and unprofessional experience with ENT & allergy associates - Forest Hills. I made an appointment with Dr. Mathew’s, we discussed the procedure vivaer. I went home and contacted my insurance to find out if it would be covered. I was told they would need manual authorization codes given by the doctor. I called the doctor’s office and spoke with Doris, their coordinator for procedures. We make my appointment for April 1st contingent on the authorization of my insurance going through. Stay away from this clinic far away you’ll be sorry
I visited that office last we and I saw DR Michael Alleva. I felt rushed at my appointment, I wasnt given enough time to explained to him my symptoms. He was telling me about another diagnostic he said I have. I told him I was tested negative for that, when I started to explain more I can tell he was getting upset I would not go back there , and I would not recommend him
