oved this spa until I was treated like I did something very wrong for cancelling my appointment because I no longer had a babysitter that day. I am a mom of twin babies and things happen. Diane, who I guess is the manager treated me very rudely and acted like I did this on purpose to my massage therapist. She's very rude and unprofessional. I've spent quite a bit of money here, but I won't anymore.
