I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, but my recent experience has been really disappointing. For months now, the gym has not had hot water, which is extremely frustrating, especially during colder weather when a warm shower is essential after a workout. Despite numerous complaints from members, there’s been no update or action taken to fix the issue. To make matters worse, the towels they provide are absolutely unbearable.
