Roof came out beautiful would highly recommend Enslow roofing. He is now going to do my bff's roof. Great clean up!
Besides the usual babysitting of communications and documentation, The owner of this roofing company did a common bait and switch technique with a lowball estimate on a small roof and then, once he had the roof torn apart, he claimed a 60% increase in my cost due to extra layers and plywood replacement. Stay away from this company or require more than a hand written estimate and force them to explain the total cost of tear off and maximum "extra charges" for plywood.
