I am a real estate professional and have done hundreds of closings over the past decade all over TN. I've worked with multiple title companies and I've never had an issue - until now with Ensign. I have been frustrated with unanswered calls and emails related to recent closings. I paid for a quit claim nearly 2 months ago that hasn't been recorded and my calls and emails are returned with excuses and no motion. I cannot unrecommend them enough.

I was supposed to close on a house in July. Jeremy had already said some things that didn’t sit well with me because he didn’t want to deal with the seller. He also had said some negative comments about his coworker, which seemed very unprofessional and sexist. I feel like he had washed his hands clean of this transaction and had no sympathy for me and what I’d already dealt with.
