I would advise people not to use Ensign. They didn't do their job when they did the title search on the house I purchased in 2020. I am trying to get it sold and when my buyers title company searched they ran into heirs that hadn't signed the papers. So now I have been stuck waiting on the title insurance to get it cleared up and find out it can be months before they can get it cleared.
