UPDATE (July 2026): Updating my 5-star rating to 1 star. My initial intake and follow-ups went well, but recent events have completely destroyed my trust in this practice. The provider posted a portal announcement on Wednesday afternoon (July 22) stating she would be leaving for vacation on Sunday (July 26). I been going to Daniel for years i absolutely loved her. but her front desk person was very rude and unprofessional. i ended up switching providers.
Just recently I received a discharge paper for services due to “repeated missed appts.” I recently called to get more information about reasoning. I did miss two appts. However, one of the ones I missed was a rescheduling due to the office missing an appt. I missed both due to sleeping issues which I was being treated for at this office. In addition, I was charged for missed appt which is expected and it was paid. Just seemed excessive because it was only two.
