The most dreadful 'hair' experience I have ever received. Unfriendly atmosphere and you get the feeling they almost resent you. The stylist put color on my hair and then walked away to deal with another client who wished to buy shampoo.conditioner etc on a large scale. Hi I'm Mollie and I have been a stylist at Ensemble Salon for the past 2 years. Noticing that the last reviews on citysearch for the salon were from 2009 I thought I would give a little update. As of next month (September) we will have had new ownership for a year!! Yay for Erin and Darren!! Working for old ownership and new I would personally have to say this changed the whole atmosphere of the salon in a good way. They know what they're doing. – I believe the correct address is actually located in West Linn. 21120 Salamo Rd. West Linn, OR. I've been going to this salon for just over a year. I originally came here for a makeover and an overall change in my hair style. I was a little nervous at first because of the drastic changes I was about to make to my appearance but they stylist did a great job and I just keep going back! This is an experienced salon. Very friendly and professional. They are worth your time/business.
Not consistent... too bad – Unfortunately - I cannot simply delete my original review as I would like to. At first I was very pleased with the haircut and color I was receiving. Then after going to the same person for some time the quality of the work was inconsistent. The foils were not tight to the head... leaving those "zebra stripes" when the hair was pulled back. Unpleasant – I went in from shopping to ask about waxing and was never greeted with a smile. It took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, and it smelled like cigarettes because of the smoking stylists outside. I just walked out. It wasn't worth it.
Maria and Erica are great! – I recently had my hair colored by Erica and cut by Maria. This is my 2nd time with Maria and first with Erica. My daughter also has her hair cut and colored by Maria. They both are very nice to chat with, make you feel welcome, listen to what you want done, and do great work!
sleekest salon I have ever been to ! – I am a regular client to ensamble salon et spa. I love it so much it always gets the job done, weather I am getting a message or getting my eye brows waxed or my hair done. I just love the atmosphere of the salon. its great. I have refered many of my friends. One of my favorit things about the salon is that the stylets can create an updated hair cut or a current look. great service, excellent colorist – I decided to give Ensemble a try after hearing about it from a friend. I have been wanting to have highlights done because my hair is graying and I want to start blending it in gracefully a tiny bit at a time...a very tiny bit. Maria, my stylist, did an awesome job. Mixed Results-uncomfortable atmosphere – Since I live just down the road from this salon here in West Linn, I've been here several times for various services. Since they are so close to where I live I really wanted them to be a good salon home for me, as I get several services regularly and that would have been great for me.
