Very dissatisfied with their lack of attention. Very rarely do they return my calls. This is my second year doing business with them and I really didn't notice it at first. I call multiple numbers and leave voicemails and never hear back Todd Whiteman, executive vice president and David steffey, some bottom of the barrel guy, are the worst

I am so fortunate to have Enscoe Long as my insurance company. They are so responsive. I own a tree care business and frequently need insurance documents for customers at a moments notice. ELI always answers the phone and are very quick to get me what I need which is critical to our job performance and profitability. Dana Acinapura is my agent and I would recommend him to anyone!!!!
