Wouldn't service my u till every tire was changed over, few weeks even tho I had appointment booked, charged 1200 to scan my car fixed nothing and would even get the manager to car me back
We purchased a Lexus RX350 from Ens Lexus this week. It was a great experience and our sales advisor was Jeff Luc. He is very professional and knowledgeable with the Lexus products. He went above and beyond what would be expected including replacing the regular all season tires with new all weather tires at our request at no additional costs to us. We highly recommend Jeff Luc for your next Lexus purchase! 10/10
Im unsure how to rate this business but i did have the pleasure of driving on circle drive west with someone in a company vehicle from there this afternoon and watched him go in and out of traffic extremely erratically and easily going 120 on circle. Based on that driving in an advertised vehicle I would never do business with them based on what I saw today.
