Last week, my husband and I leased a new 2024 Lexus IS 300 from Ens Lexus in Saskatoon. We first met with Jeff Luc, Lexus Product Advisor, who familiarized us with the IS 300 and thoroughly walked us through the leasing agreement. I called to lodge a complaint about my RX 350 2024 Lexus, left a voice message and hoping someone would at least return my call. All I see is poor customer service.
We just purchased a new Lexus here. Michael Sutherland and everyone at Ens Lexus were honest, professional, patient, and accommodating. They’ve treated our family right for decades. I learned that trades that are not a luxury brand are forced to go to Ens Toyota. Ens Lexus is not allowed to do what’s best for the customer by going to other potential buyers, to maximize the trade value of a non luxury brand.
