I purchased a dashcam and the required wiring harness at Ens Lexus along with installation for our RX350 with the executive package. Have returned several times to have it tuned to my android Samsung S22 ultra. They still have not completed this portion of the installation satisfactorily. I am very disappointed with this. Obviously they are not properly trained on installation to android.
Wow. What a ride — and not the kind Lexus is known for. Called up Lexus and spoke with Jeff (shoutout to customer service excellence in its rawest form). I asked, "Hi, I saw a pre-owned GX on your lot and also listed on your website. Is it still available?" Without hesitation, Jeff responds: "No, we don’t have any pre-owned or used GX at all." Brought in our 2011 Highlander for some extensive maintenance work before taking a long road trip. Terry, the service advisor, was very courteous and helpful. At one point, he even lent us his personal vehicle to drive around since we had a few errands to run. The work done was done right since we are now travelling Ontario with no problems and enjoying our trip. I recommend using Ens toyota. 👍
Great service provided for the issue I had with my vehicle. Repair was done and vehicle was returned clean and washed. Shuttle service is also appreciated.
