I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Alicia. Not only was she rude to me over the phone. But she struggled to do her job properly. 1. She cut me off the entire time. No matter how polite I was this lady had an issue as soon as she answered the phone. 2. They tend to be overwhelmed with work and some of those work ethic is completely off I called for three days about a prek spot for my 3 year old and kept getting the run around the school would say they have availability & when I called enroll Indy they seemed to not have the same roster because enroll Indy would say they’re full as I’m talking to the lady she kept cutting me off as if I’m not reciting what was said to me or as if I was bothering her idk I felt very uncomfortable with our conversation over the phone I felt r... read more
