Dr. Martínez is an AMAZING doctor. I have known him for over ~15 years. Excellent knowledge, bedside manners, ability to communicate concepts, treatment plan, etc for you to understand answer questions before you even ask them (b/c he actually takes time to know you personally!!), communicate risks and concerns to be aware of and alternative options to consider. The only problem I had or have when I go to any doctor's office is I can not hear what the provider is saying and my husband can't remember what was being said. I like to be able to ask questions hear the response and be able to respond back. I understand the problem of viruses. Other wise I am fine.
Leaves Hyper IgE patients stranded without care. It’s been truly a horrible experience, and I cannot recommend the practice to anyone with Hyper IgE. It was disheartening not to be able to receive the level of care other patients rated highly. My own referring GI specialist rated him highly. I’ve waited a month on utter nonsense of treating me like a freak and rare specimen that is unworthy of basic medical care and medical science treatment for my condition.
Personable and compassionate, Dr. Martinez answered all of my questions without hesitation, along with providing a thorough treatment plan.
Dr. Martinez and staff are simply exceptional!!! Very honest understanding and thorough.
