I would put 0 stars if that was an option. I waited 8 months for my appointment to see this physician for a heart condition. One week before an appointment the office called and told me they couldn't see me. I'll after already waiting 8 months. I have an autoimmune disorder that impacts my left ventricle. The level of professionalism is atrocious.
Best bedside manner and concern. Thorough. Staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommmend.
I have been with Dr Polanco for about 5 years now and he has straightened out my Medication and very thorough. He will explain what ever questions you may have and always professional and caring Doctor. I highly recommend him.
