This review is about the broken, bureaucratic process required just to see a doctor. I called to schedule an appointment with a specialist. I was flatly told I needed a referral, even though my Anthem insurance coverage explicitly allows direct access without one.Why are these medical giants forcing patients to pay a primary care doctor just to get permission to see a specialist? I would put 0 stars if that was an option. I waited 8 months for my appointment to see this physician for a heart condition. One week before an appointment the office called and told me they couldn't see me. I'll after already waiting 8 months. I have an autoimmune disorder that impacts my left ventricle. The level of professionalism is atrocious.
Best bedside manner and concern. Thorough. Staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommmend.
