The front desk in specific Jessica M. has the worst customer service there can be, doesn’t assist their patients with their request, and is not willing to find a solution. Is rude, disrespectful, Unmannerly, and arrogant. If she can’t assist in genuine way to her patients, then she is clearly in the wrong profession.
