Tried to reach a stylist to make an appointment didn't get a called back until a week later. I missed her call, but returned it 5 minutes later and received no response or call back for 3 more days. I even went out of my way to go into the salon to make an appointment and the stylist who was there was less than helpful and seemed disinterested in helping me. She did not offer to take my number and have the other stylist call me back, only stating that they all have their own appointment books and couldn't and wouldn't find o... read more
