I had a terrible experience at this clinic and am extremely disappointed with the service. I found Dr Rich judgmental and condescending, making me feel uncomfortable throughout the appointment. To make matters worse, he even cut the wrong spot during my procedure. When I later voiced my concerns to the reception, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a sincere apology, they showed very little accountability or desire to help. Dr Rich has been my family's dermatologist for 35 years for everything from minor cosmetic issues to acute acne in my case no one could do anything about, until Dr Rich fixed it on first attempt - zero recurrence! My last procedure was in December 2024 for chronic face redness. The result is beyond expectation - I am loving it! In addition to the consistently excellent medical outcomes, I have always been treated by everyone at the clinic, like I mattered as a person. Thank you Dr Rich & team!

Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I paid advance, for hair treatment and clinic said in few days clinic will let me know about my appointment. I waited for almost a month, on inquiring they booked an appointment for me and when i reach there no one knows for which appointment i m there, they were about to put another treatment when i highlighted I didn’t came for this treatment and here come the surprise they dont have desired kit in clinic. I left the appointment in tears after a horrible experience at this clinic. It felt extremely disorganised, chaotic, unprofessional and honestly, scary as I was undergoing anew procedure that involved a laser close to my eye. To make things worse, I was very disappointed that I was charged at the top of the quoted range despite the treatment area being very small – when I queried this, the staff member said moving clinics in between when I’d booked and visited, had raised their prices. Outstanding skill and knowledge from Dr Rich. Excellent work as he was able to reduce scarring and heal my concerned areas. His staff are so helpful and capable.
