I would strongly advise avoiding this shop. I brought my car in for service and paid $600. Before the visit, my car had no issues. Immediately after their work, my vehicle was returned in an unsafe condition: - The windshield was scratched while in their care - The car started shaking during driving - A stability control fault warning appeared on the dashboard This is not just poor service — this is a serious safety issue. I have been a customer of this establishment for several years, specifically using the car wash services, and have consistently appreciated the quality of the car wash and reasonable pricing. However, following their recent price increase, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the wash. Unfortunately, the service no longer meets the standards that originally kept me returning. Given the higher prices and reduced quality, I am very disappointed and will no longer be using the car wash services.
