If your medical provider is supplying you with ortho equipment from this company (formerly DJO) then refuse the product. The product is fine however their billing department will leave you with hundreds of dollars you'll have to pay out of pocket. Enovis is unable (or unwilling) to properly code your insurance claims and they'll stick you with the bill. Didn't know i had to pay for this until 3 months after my accident, wasn't made aware of the 14 day return policy until i called. Avoid this scam because calling won't help you any since nobody can speak clearly enough to understand you. Nor will anybody give you a call back
Sold me an unusable, garbage knee brace. I went in for surgery shortly thereafter and when I was actually able to use it, realized it was trash. Of course by then their "generous" 14 day return window was out. Save money and just buy from Amazon for 20% of the cost.
