Didn't know i had to pay for this until 3 months after my accident, wasn't made aware of the 14 day return policy until i called. Avoid this scam because calling won't help you any since nobody can speak clearly enough to understand you. Nor will anybody give you a call back
Sold me an unusable, garbage knee brace. I went in for surgery shortly thereafter and when I was actually able to use it, realized it was trash. Of course by then their "generous" 14 day return window was out. Save money and just buy from Amazon for 20% of the cost.
Scam company. Charge 1000% more then the same thing on Amazon. But they wait until your sick or hurt them force their product on you through a doctor. Sounds illegal. I'll sign that class action suit.
