DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! The reps are very unprofessional. My mom has breast cancer and has an infection, they were suppose to deliver her antibiotics since yesterday. So we called back the next day to see if they had any update and gave us a vague answer. I'm the house manager at assisted living facility for the elderly. When the people deliver the medicine they want me to sign for it in a stapled up bag they supposed to show me what they have so I know what I'm signing for suppose I sign for narcotics there's nothing there and they're gone and I signed for it is their word against mine they need to train them better and they're so rude the guys are they come to the door with a rude attitude that big bullies I don't like it at all but I'm not the one ordering the meds hospice... read more
It’s an easy stop and go most the times but the girls can be very rude sometimes or careless enough to keep messing up address after I’ve fixed it twice already. Not professional at all in my opinion and experience. As a MA and soon to be RN if my boss heard how they talked and treated patients they’d be fired.
I was using CVS for a few years. Got put on Zepbound and they charged me $90. I was not happy and they do that because they try to get you on Wegovy because they are in bed with that pharmaceutical company. Transferred to Walgreens and they charged me $25. Go figure. I got sick of Walgreens due to them not having my medication and always having to order it. CVS was like that too. I decided let’s transfer to The Medicine Shoppe. Now a different name.
