'Rude salesman & Installer smoking marijuana on site!" Unfortunately My wife & I went ahead with a quote for new carpet, At first the salesman Gavin ok but after we accepted the job he became rude and very unprofessional to deal with. On the day of installation the carpet layer Tony, was out in his van smoking drugs on not one, but 2 occasions!! Do yourself a favour & stay away from this business.
I found dealing with Enoggera Carpet Court very easy: from making an appointment to quote right through to installation. Gavin was very helpful throughout the process. The installers were very invested in the quality of their work, and we are wrapped with the outcome. The whole process was efficient and as a business, they were sensitive to our requirements. Recommend wholeheartedly!
I really appreciate the incredible service and support provided by Mac and Phil.
