Very thorough and professional inspection. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and included clear photos and practical recommendations. We felt confident and well-informed after the inspection — highly recommend!
Chad was quick to point out the most obvious, surface-level issues that anyone could spot, but he missed the more important problems that actually required expertise. The result was an inspection that felt shallow, incomplete, and ultimately unhelpful. He also charges a $75 reinspection fee only to give a brief “looks good,” which adds no real value. Overall, he appears more interested in keeping the deal moving than in genuinely advocating for the customer’s best interests.
