I am very pleased with Dr. Ennis. I was initially apprehensive because of some negative reviews. However, I have found that most of them are likely inaccurate. The entire office staff has been exceptionally kind and a pleasure to interact with. My only thought is that perhaps these patients may have approached the office with negative attitudes, expecting unwarranted leniency. Doctor Ennis is the best endocrinologist I’ve had. I have lived in Idaho and have had diabetes since 1980, needless to say I’ve seen several Endos. Dr. Ennis is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He listens and my appointments are more of a conversation than an awkward appointment. I use to have issues with the office staff, but I talked to Dr. Ennis about it and I don’t have issues at all anymore.

It started out good but went down hill quickly. The front desk staff are snarky and rude. The longer you're a patient the less they answer the phone. They stopped fallowing through on tasks and returning voice mails. When i politely asked Ennis about the issues with the front desk he became hot tempered and extremely argumentative stating that his office returns all calls.. I'm very disappointed in the staffs unprofessional behavior

I have seen Dr. Ennis for several years and I think he is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He takes the time to talk about my health in general and takes a genuine interest in me. I appreciate that in a world that seems to feel like everyone is just playing a numbers game with their patients. Highly recommended.

This is the most aggressive billing department I have dealt with in my adult life. I lost my job and my health insurance after three weeks from meeting with the doctor. When I told the billing department, they told me I had 30 days to pay them and there was nothing they could do to help me. They would 'hold the account' only 30 days since our call.
