Totally worth it, a different kind of mindfulness.
Fantastic. Matt was patient and calm as he answered my questions before my first float. The experience of floating is incredible. I walked out after my float feeling blissed out and energized.
Being 2 days away from giving birth to my second child, it felt incredible to give my body a whole hour to float, relax and do something just for me. If you are pregnant, I highly suggest using the neck collar to rest your arms and head on as you float on your belly. It feels amazing! Not only is the experience wonderful, but the facility is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and the rooms are big, spacious and have everything provided to have the best experience possible. Thanks Enlyten Lab for a wonderful float!
My first float experience was simply amazing. The facilities are gorgeous and the staff/owners are some of the best people you'll meet. I can't wait to go again, I'm so thankful this is in Missoula now! If you're on the fence, just try it!
I did my first float yesterday and had a great experience. The individual rooms are so clean with their own personal showers for you to rinse off before and shower after. The float tanks are bigger than you think and I never felt tight on space. You have the option to keep soft lights on or off inside the tank and you can even have ambient music playing too. My daughter Hailie loved it! She is 12 and has severe anxiety, OCD, depression, and PTSD. She said she felt extremely relaxed and was able to fully clear her head. So happy! Will be getting memberships.
Amazing for both the mind and body; wonderful environment to 'reset' yourself!
I didnt know what to expect walking in to my first float. YouTube and word of mouth dont do it justice. The relaxation state was unreal, I came out of my hour session feeling fresh and rejuvenated. In the days following my float I felt the pressure lift from my thoughts and body. I will definitely be signing up for another session soon! Thanks Matt and Savanna for all of you hard work that has gone into the lab, what a great experience!
