I just booked my second float. After the first one my shoulder felt so much better. I have been fighting nerve issues in my shoulder for over a year now. I felt so relaxed and yet energized at the same time after my first float. I can't wait to do it again!
I had my first float experience today and it was amazing. I have had two throat surgeries in the last few months, and mentally and physically needed a way to reconnect and support my body in healing. I have never experienced anything like this! I am a big believer in meditation, but floating makes it easier because i could truly relax my muscles and joints and (try) to turn off my mind! I had the opportunity to float for the very first time yesterday, thanks in part to the generosity of the owner. I had such a great experience and left my session feeling energized, refreshed, and having processed so much in my brain while floating that I was ready to tackle head on my week as a business owner, husband, and father. Thanks for bringing this vital resource to our community, and thank you for your generosity one veteran to another.
Was not sure what to think, but kept an open mind. Was very surprised at how easy it was to relax and just drift off and almost sleep. Unlike anything else you have ever done. No real comparison to anything else. I'm claustrophobic but this was no big deal. Helpful staff and overall great experience. I will be back.
