Love the floats & just tried the infrared sauna...so good!
We will be back and will tell all who will listen how great this experience was. Matt and Stephanie are so compassionate and knowledgeable and patient with those of us a bit anxious. Floating in space; weightless. Very comfortable experience, have no fear of claustrophobia, it’s more like preparing for a massage not like being confined; feels like a Long spa day. Today was the first time I have floated and HIGHLY recommend it for people suffering from anxiety. My anxiety is profound; I have anxiety about having anxiety and found this to be quite soothing. Leaving I felt more relaxed than I have in a long time. Thank you Enlyten!! �

I just had my first, long overdue 90 minute float at Enlyten Lab Float Center. It was perfect. Matt was welcoming and very knowledgeable. He clearly cares deeply for those who seek relief from pain and stress. I was suffering from a terrible headache before my appointment, yet I left feeling like I'd just had a long, restorative nap - with the added bonus of soft skin and hair from the Epsom salts.
