Awesome staff Hannah Nicole and Jen have been very helpful before and after my surgery process!
Went for a follow up appointment for my fractured wrist. Read only two pages of my book and they called my name. Got my cast off shortly then off to get an x-ray. Waited about five minutes to get that. Back to my room and about 10 minutes later the doctor came in. Then Carl, who took off my cast, came in and put on my new brace and off I went!! Needless to say I didn’t get much of my book read. All the people were really nice!! Thank you!
The ortho and radiology team at this location are attentive and prompt, despite how consistently busy they are! The insurance and disability advisor went above and beyond, ensuring I understood what I needed to do for my disability claim through both state and employer channels. She deserves a raise!
They put my 88 year old mother who has a broken hip in a room sitting in a wheelchair. Her leg and back is hurting and she needs to use a restroom. It has been an hour and not one person has checked on her. At 40 minutes I asked for help. Still no one!
I broke tibia and fibula and was air lifted too enloe. They did surgery the following day as not enough surgeons were available. I never saw the surgeon that operated on me. And in the follow up appointments always saw a different person. Always a physician assistant never a real doctor. I’ve been having nothing but complications and finally got a second opinion doctor through work comp which is a chore. Enloe messed up my leg and I have no feeling in my foot.
