2 weeks after I enrolled my family in the program we were advised that our 18 month old needed emergency surgery. He was flown from Enloe to Sutter in Sacramento within 30 minutes....We havent recieved a bill, havent heard one thing other than an incredibly friendly member of the staff making sure everything was covered. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO ENROLL. Its already paid itself off a thousand times over. THANK YOUU

Nice helicopter but the lack of experienced medics on this service is astounding. I guess one year and knowing a buddy in the hiring people is all you need. Really unprofessional considering Enloe is supposed to have higher standards.
