Terrible management. There has been everything from added charges after payments on debit cards to infections from skin cut during manicures and pedicures.
My niece went there to get gel nails they sliced one of her fingers where doing it and couldn't finish so the girl only charged for her pedicure the manager then insisted she pay for the manicure also and when she refused he said it would be added to her card that she paid with He just lost a lot of business I. Brookhaven because of his greed and poor customer service
