Lack of professionalism. I was happy with how my color turned out the first appointment even though it was not the color I asked for. Though the appointment had negatives I wanted to give it 2 chance. I reached out to Brittany 4 hours before the 2nd appointment time, as a reminder due to her being late the first appointment.
