Most efficient way to workout.
I was a 3-4 times per week gym guy my whole life. I have now worked with Dan for five years, the results are not even close. Super Slow is a much better workout, cannot recommend it highly enough.
Been going to Enlightened Excercise for years and it's what keeping my body together! Best, most efficient and effective weight traing ever! Money well spent! Highly recommend it!

I hate weight training but know I need to do it to support my bones and manage my weight. This is the BEST workout - effective and done in 20 mins. I highly recommend Enlightened Exercise!
Probably the greatest place I have ever been to! My trainer Tricia was amazing and definitely one of the nicest people to train with. I really wanted to get myself in shape just to better myself and prepare for the upcoming winter season (I snowboard almost every weekend in the winter).
