When it comes to customer service and prices, it's really hard to beat Enjuku. I've been ordering parts through them for over 15 years. Ken runs a professional business and everyone that I've spoken with are honest and knowledgeable. If you need an answer and they don't know it, they'll find out and get back to you. I ordered a few parts from them there shipping is fast. They carry just about everything your looking for there. One of my prime ordering spots
Bought isis coil overs from them but when they found out they weren't getting the shipment for an extra month or so. They then referred me to the BC BR coil overs and I'm loving them! Great customer service and very friendly people.
They sale a lot of good part's for car's JDM life
Told I would be getting a back ordered shipment within 3 months and it has taken almost 7. I have asked for updates after that 3 month period multiple times and have received nothing. Very poor customer service.
The part I needed was out of stock. Thanks to Wes in the custy service dept helped me out anyways!
waited over 3 weeks for an order, called to find out were it was. I was told that what I ordered was out of stock and it would be two weeks. I was told they would email me when it ships out. after a month and a half, I cancelled the order. worst company ever. shitty costumer service. as long as I modify car I will steer people away from this horrible company.
