Enjoy sends the most fresh , bloomiest, and gorgeous flowers direct from Bogota. They consistently ensure the experience of opening the box, the little details in packaging and care are above and beyond. The bouquet arrangements are always expertly crafted. Seriously farm girl flowers and all the other online retailers suck and lack personality. I'm a flower snob and Enjoy cares about the details and guarantees euphoria for whoever opens their perfect Colombian boxes.
Have to say this company and simply amazing. I use them for the my wedding, February 2nd 2020. And there was nothing short of amazing customer service small problems. Sadly, their customer service was not attentive to customer needs and problems. Otherwise, I was happy with this company in the past. Seems to have had a restructure or refocus of company goals and values.
I moved in the middle of my subscription and updated my address well before the shipping date. It’s now been 4 months of back and forth and somehow, my old address gets added back to my profile every. single. month. I’ve asked several times to have the address removed and they assure me that it’s done, but I sign in a few weeks later to check and it’s back again.
