I called with a simple question on jewelry repair (they don’t repair jewelry by the way) and instead got a lecture on jewelry repair and how my assumption that jewelry repair is “simple” is why the jewelry industry is dying and people like me are part of the problem. It was just a question, a simple “Nope” would have sufficed. I cannot speak to their products, but the customer service from Enise is pretty bad
Enise Jewelry exceeded all my expectations. I bought a 14-karat gold necklace as a gift for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved it. The piece is delicate yet durable, and the Italian-inspired design is simply gorgeous—it adds a touch of class to everything she wears. The shipping was fast, the packaging was beautiful, and the customer care was outstanding. This brand is truly a gem.
Absolutely loved my jewelry from Enise! Enise was so helpful with guiding me through my purchase because she helped me try-on and pick the perfect piece that fits my style & outfit. The quality exceeded my expectations. She had all the latest designs straight from Italy that are one-of-a-kind pieces that I have not found in other stores. I purchased from her star collection but I also purchased other pieces from her website.
Beautiful jewelry line however the customer service was horrendous. The owner was at the World Bank Market this week; given that my lunch time had run out, I greeted her and asked for a business card; my goal had been to visit her website with time and purchase a few pieces; Rather than presenting her business card she yelled at me "what for?" 3 times. Worked for Enise as a teenager. She would literally scream at me to tell me I was stupid and tried to withhold my paycheck. Would never purchase from her
