Her concern and care of her patients is exceptional! She takes care to explain what she is doing...those of us familiar with her work have heard it before but I think just about everyone is gracious to listen again uncomplainingly for the newbies to her work! Not what you often get on YouTube! I think her love of her work sinks into us (her fans) and makes us nicer to each other! :)
