My experience with Dr. Sun at Temple Rheumatology was extremely disappointing. My concerns were dismissed, and I received little to no meaningful care. When I asked to be released so I could see another provider, she refused. This left me feeling trapped and without proper medical support. No patient should be forced to remain with a provider who is not helping them. I would not recommend Dr. Sun or Temple Rheumatology to anyone seeking compassionate or patient-centered care.
Compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, professional, transparent, thorough. I had a great first appointment after being anxious for months. I recommend Dr. Sun!🌟
